1,000 Pound Club

To be a member of this club, the total of your best efforts in the squat, deadlift, and bench press on a single lift needs to total 600 pounds(FEMALE) or 1,000 pounds(MALE) or more!
AWARDS AND BRAGGING RIGHTS!
- Names will be posted for the top 3 totals, Male and Female category.
- The participant will perform the squat, bench press, and deadlift. The total numbers from all three lifts together should add up to 600 pounds(FEMALE) or 1,000 pounds(MALE). *Reps that do not meet the guidelines will not be counted.
- Monday-Friday 10 AM-3 PM
- Names will be posted for the top 3 totals, MALE and FEMALE categories.
$5 PER PERSON
Includes a t-shirt (while supplies last)
Open to all eligible Fitness Center patrons.
