The challenge: l -mile run/ l 00 pull-ups/ 200 push-ups/ 300 air squats, l mile run.
Patrons have the chance to do a mini version of the challenge: half-mile run/ 50 assisted
pull ups/ l 00 push-ups/ 150 air squats, half-mile run.
(Modified as needed to make reps manageable 5 pull-ups, 10 push- ups, 15 air squats X 20 rounds)
Free t-shirts for participants that register. Open to all with base access.
